We have just received in Wild Harvest Heirloom Tranquilidad beans from Bolivia. I'm so excited to finally have these in. They are everything I hoped they would be. Look how tiny these guys are.
Those are equal counts of beans. The Bolivia is obviously on the left. With their tiny size comes an intense density of flavor. The finish is long and sweet, redolent of dark dried fruits and a smooth, soft, lingering roasted cashew suppleness that goes on and on.
